Join the People Team as an Advisory Co-ordinator!

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR? We are looking for a Advisory Co-ordinator on a part-time permanent basis to join our People Advisory Team and support our firm's employees and management.

As an Advisory Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating people files, managing the HRIS database, and supporting the People Advisory team with various administrative tasks and people processes. You will work closely with People Business Partners and line managers to provide comprehensive support and ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain and update electronic people files, ensuring all necessary documentation and pre-employment screening records are complete.
  • Enter and manage people changes in the HRIS, including creating and removing posts, updating personal and position details, and handling holiday and leave queries.
  • Maintain records of people changes and notify relevant People Business Partners about upcoming changes and actions.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions for business services roles.
  • Provide administrative support for monthly people reports, absence data, sickness reporting, and exit survey data.
  • Prepare and maintain precedent letters/documents, create various HR-related correspondence, and manage exit interviews and surveys.
  • Process maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave requests
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and produce documentation to support client pitch activities.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in maintaining and updating people files and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with HR databases and other relevant software is essential.
  • Problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose solution to HR processes and data management
  • Understand how to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Able to take initiative and work independently, anticipating the needs of the team and the organisation.
  • Can provide excellent support and service to internal stakeholders.
