We are currently looking to recruit a Billing Assistant to join our busy Billing team on a permanent basis. As a Billing Assistant you will be part of the team who are the link between our finance and legal teams to provide a seamless billing experience for our clients.  You will need to be able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative, have good attention to detail and be able to manage your time effectively. 

The role is based in our Bristol office which is located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from Bristol Temple Meads.  Our hybrid working model combines home working and working from the office. In our professional and progressive environment you are trusted to use your judgement and make sure you're able to meet the needs of our clients and colleagues, whilst balancing work and home life. 

To be successful as our Billing Assistant you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role in a billing department.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced professional services organisation with the ability to multi-task;
  • The ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with people at all levels, including internal senior stakeholders;
  • Good IT skills, specifically with Excel; and,
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
