As a Commercial Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to advise on:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide commercial legal advice
• Draft and review commercial agreements

Requirements:

• Extensive commercial law experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration
