You will advise on intricate competition law issues, working alongside our internal team and external clients to deliver strategic legal solutions. The scope of matters you'll contribute to will be extensive, from merger control to regulatory investigations, and you'll be encouraged to leverage your expertise and build relationships across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Provide exceptional legal advice on all aspects of competition law, including merger control, antitrust investigations, and compliance programs.
• Flexibility: Manage your own schedule while meeting client needs and regulatory deadlines.
• Growing our Network: Contribute to the BFlex community and share knowledge with peers.
• Developing our Business: Understand client needs and collaborate for mutual growth.

What you'll need:

• Significant experience in competition law with expertise in merger control, antitrust investigations, and compliance matters.
• Experience dealing with competition authorities (CMA, European Commission).
• Excellent project management abilities for complex multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Must be a SRA registered lawyer.
