BFlex offers you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge transactions while maintaining control over your schedule and workload.

You will advise on complex M&A matters, working alongside our Corporate department and external clients to deliver strategic legal solutions. The breadth of deals you'll be able to contribute to will be extensive, from private equity buyouts to cross-border mergers and public takeovers. You'll be encouraged to leverage your expertise and build relationships across industries.

Key clients include: FTSE-listed companies, private equity firms, start-ups, and multinational corporations involved in transformative deals across the UK and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Expertise: Provide exceptional legal advice on all aspects of M&A transactions.

What you'll need:

• Significant experience in corporate law with a focus on M&A transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a deal team.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for varied assignments.
• Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
