You will provide strategic tax law advice on complex matters, working alongside our Tax department and external clients to deliver innovative legal solutions. The scope of projects you'll contribute to will be extensive, from corporate restructuring to international tax planning and M&A tax advisory. You'll be encouraged to leverage your legal expertise and build relationships across industries.

Key clients include: FTSE-listed companies, private equity firms, fast-growing scale-ups, and multinational corporations seeking expert tax law guidance in the UK and internationally.

What you'll need:

    • Significant experience in corporate law with a focus on tax matters.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
    • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
    • Adaptability and enthusiasm for varied assignments.
    • Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
