We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Trainer to join our friendly and collaborative Learning Technology team as part of our wider People Development team. This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to invest and roll out new innovative technology initiatives, supporting our diverse range of stakeholders with key training programmes to give our teams the tools to succeed and deliver quality work to our legal clients. 

Based out of our Bristol office, working aligned to our hybrid guidance, you will act as a subject matter expert in all areas of digital learning to deliver effective training, keeping product knowledge of software packages we currently use and those proposed for implementation. From the outset you will help the team with the implementation of exciting learning technology initiatives and be placed to deliver face-to-face and remote training.

We are looking for someone to build excellent relationships and visibility across the firm. This is a great opportunity for someone with a shared ambition to work as part of a high-performing team to get stuck into a breadth of exciting learning initiatives. 

What we're looking for:

  • Advanced knowledge of IT applications and Microsoft office. 
  • Excellent communication styles with proven experience delivering training to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain resilience in the face of change.
  • Proven experience building effective professional relationships
