Do you have experience working in billing and are looking for your next challenge? We are currently looking to recruit an E-Billing Assistant to join our busy Billing team on a permanent basis. Whether you are located close to our Bristol or Edinburgh offices, or further afield, we would welcome your application! 

As an E-Billing Assistant you will be part of the team who are the link between our finance and legal teams to provide a seamless billing experience for our clients.  You will need to be able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative, have good attention to detail and be able to manage your time effectively. 

To be successful as our E-Billing Assistant you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role in a billing department, eBilling capacity or with Aderant legal billing software;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced professional services organisation with the ability to multi-task;
  • The ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with people at all levels, including internal senior stakeholders;
  • Good IT skills, specifically with Excel; and,
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
