We're looking for a Digital Learning Designer to join our Learning Technology team as part of our wider L&D team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing People team at Burges Salmon, working closely with a diverse range of business teams to provide efficient Learning Design and e-learning content development for our digital curriculum. We're looking for someone to implement learning technology initiatives with a focus on blended learning strategies and to champion our Learning Technology team to the wider firm.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Design and develop new engaging and innovative digital learning solutions.
  • Support learners and stakeholders in the day to day running and optimisation of the Learning Management System (“LMS”).
  • Liaise with Programme Leads for project planning and timeframes in relation to course design and development.
  • Lead and develop the visual design of learning materials, as well as learning platforms.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital courses and improve the efficiency so our users can gain best advantage from IT tools.
  • Keep product knowledge up to date on current and proposed software packages and pilot new products to establish suitability for use by the Firm.
  • Ensure objectives are clearly stated and post-course evaluation is conducted for all digital courses.
  • Be involved in testing of new and updated software.

  • Experience within a learning and development role and delivering effective business change. 
  • Experience communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders and adapting effective communication style
  • Experience delivering to tight deadlines
