Role Overview: As a Fintech Legal Consultant with BFlex, you'll advise on a wide range of fintech-related matters, including:

• Digital banking and payment systems
• Blockchain and distributed ledger technologies
• Cryptocurrency regulations
• AI and machine learning in finance
• Data protection and cybersecurity in fintech
• Regulatory compliance for fintech startups and established institutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on fintech-specific issues
• Draft and review contracts and agreements for fintech products and services
• Assist clients in navigating complex regulatory environments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on innovative fintech projects
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and regulations in the fintech space

Requirements:

• Significant experience in fintech law and financial regulations
• Strong understanding of both technology and finance sectors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Outstanding communication skills
• England & Wales or Scottish Qualified Solicitor
