We're looking for a dynamic Internal Communications Manager to join our wider Marketing team, working on a hybrid basis from our Bristol office. We're looking for an experienced Communications professional to champion our multi-channel Internal Communications Strategy and ensure our people are connected to the firm's overarching strategy and vision, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation. Please note: we are recruiting for this role on a part-time basis (21-28 hours per week). 

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the Senior Communications Manager to craft and execute an internal communications strategy that mirrors the firm's corporate strategy, vision, and brand.
  • Lead the management of core communication channels, including the intranet and office screens, innovating ways to engage our people across the firm.
  • Direct the production and content creation for various internal communications, such as our monthly newsletter, leadership bulletins, and alumni newsletter.
  • Coordinate logistics for strategic internal events, providing counsel to senior leadership on planning and execution.
  • Craft and edit high-quality communications content, maintaining a consistent messaging and tone-of-voice across all channels.
  • Work closely with the People team to bolster employer branding, talent initiatives, and internal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with employee networks to schedule and communicate their initiatives effectively.
  • Establish and manage metrics for communication channel effectiveness, optimising engagement and ROI.

What we're looking for:

  • A proven track record in internal communications, with experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a keen eye for detail in proofreading and editing.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging with diverse audiences including senior management. 
  • Expertise in coordinating and managing internal events from start to finish.
  • Proficient in project management, juggling multiple tasks. 
  • Analytical mindset, using data insights to shape and refine communication strategies.
