  • Support and co-chair the IT Governance forums, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to conduct annual Application Service Reviews and update operational documentation where appropriate.
  • Attend the IT CAB and ensure that all changes to software versions and licensing Azure costs are captured and kept up to date in the various asset repositories.
  • Maintain and keep up to date the Computer Asset register.
  • Assist the IT Service Management Specialist in developing, maintaining, and implementing our ITIL policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Project Management Team and colleagues with the implementation of the Services Transition process alongside the IT Service Management Specialist.

What we're looking for:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Visio.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • ITIL (Version 3 or later) experience or exposure to foundation-level concepts (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of software products used in UK Law firms (preferred but not required)
