We are looking for someone with procurement litigation experience, which will be their focus, but the candidate will also have opportunity to assist the wider department on more general commercial and public law contentious matters.

Our 100+ strong team of dispute resolution lawyers work on a diverse range of complex challenges facing their clients in the private and public sector. We focus on outcomes, not just process.
We have a strong reputation for core litigation services and have developed significant disputes practices in a range of industry sectors/legal specialisms.
Within the wider dispute resolution practice and cross firm Band 1 Chambers ranked public procurement group is a team of market-leading procurement disputes lawyers, with a reputation for litigating high profile cases for both Claimant bidders and Authorities.
They operate within and act for clients across a variety of sectors including the following:
- Central Government
- Higher Education
- Transport
- Healthcare
- Construction
- Defence
The team are involved at all stages of procurement challenges, from pre-action through to High Court hearings/trials and in the Appeal Courts. They are at the forefront of procurement law. Our procurement disputes lawyers seamlessly collaborate with our leading non-contentious procurement specialists to provide a complete procurement law service to our clients.

What you'll need:
- Relevant experience working on complex procurement disputes.
- Wider experience of commercial and/or public sector dispute resolution.
- Ability to work well within and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Ability to manage a complex and varied workload.
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn.
- Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge would be advantageous.
- You must be a SRA registered lawyer.
