We have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Transformation and Project Management team, working on a hybrid basis from our Bristol office. You will be joining us at an exciting time as we expand our team and continue to look for innovative ways to improve our internal processes and client offering; this role forms a key part of the journey.

As our Project Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects through the complete lifecycle, from developing abstract ideas and ambiguous concepts into workable business cases through to successful delivery.  You will have every opportunity to make an impact on the way the firm works from the outset, managing upcoming projects that will be recognised by senior management and the wider firm.

To be successful in this role we are looking for the following:

  • Significant experience of working with a mix of business and technically focused (e.g. AI) projects and programmes, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Experience of use of agile and waterfall project management techniques.
  • A proven ability to manage competing project demands and time-critical schedules.
  • Supplier management experience.
  • Excellent inter-personal communication, influencing, negotiation skills and stakeholder management skills.

Our Transformation and Project Management team is well established and as a result of the hard work and dedication that our people have shown, we are considered an essential part of delivering exceptional service and outstanding work that Burges Salmon is so well known for. This is a busy and challenging, yet rewarding role and team to work in.
