We're excited to be looking for a Receptionist to join our Bristol office on a full time basis! In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Operations Manager and the Front of House team to deliver exceptional service to our employees, clients, and visitors.  

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a reception background who seeks to join a friendly, close-knit team. This Receptionist position offers ample opportunities for growth and progression within the team. We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude and exceptional communication skills, who excels in delivering outstanding customer service.

Due to the nature of these duties, this is an office-based role with shift patterns that have working hours typically between 7:30am-7:00pm however some flexibility will be required on occasion for earlier starts/finishes to support key events aligned to business need.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience offering hospitality and assistance to visitors
  • Responding to calls made through the switchboard and transferring them to the relevant person.
  • Handling in-person queries with a positive client service approach
  • Proactively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure internal and external meeting and events are executed to the highest standards
  • Administration support to Operations Manager.

What we're looking for:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist, providing excellent service to clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively with others
