Whilst our team is based out of Bristol and Edinburgh, most of our domestic work originates in London and the rest of the UK. For cross-border matters, we work closely with our preferred firm international network. We are active members of R3, INSOL, INSOL Europe, ILA, TMA and IWIRC.

The team routinely advises a variety of stakeholders on complex domestic and cross border matters.
