As a Social Value and Community Engagement Specialist, you will be at the heart of our efforts to enhance our social value, community, and pro bono initiatives. • Liaise with educational partners, charities, community groups, and volunteering platforms across the UK.
  • Deliver social value training sessions, both online and in person, to students or disadvantaged groups using pre-prepared materials.
  • Support the management of our wider community partner portfolio by setting up relationship catch-up meetings, actioning findings, and gaining feedback to improve our community and social value offerings.
  • Assist in planning and delivering related community and awareness events at the firm, such as volunteering week and Fairtrade Fortnight.
  • Support the firm's pro bono programme by coordinating a network of pro bono champions to help deliver pro bono services into local communities.

  • Contribute case studies and data on our social value, community engagement, and pro bono efforts to evidence our approach to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Engage with key external organisations to collaborate on best practices and bring these insights into the firm.

What We Need From You:

  • Understanding of key areas such as community delivery, social value delivery, and measurement of community impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills to run multiple projects on time and on budget.
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and information sessions to external audiences.
  • Good data management and reporting skills.
